Requirements

  • Strong product management experience in B2B customer acquisition
  • Obsessive attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with developing, executing, & testing different growth experiments that have a significant impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and/or referrals

Responsibilities

  • Gather feedback and insights from Product leadership, Marketing & Sales stakeholders, and other teams to inform your roadmap
  • Lead your Product, Design, and Engineering teams through agile project management processes, working closely with engineers to understand how our product is built
  • Foster a data-driven culture, leveraging competitive analysis, user research, and experimentation
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize your roadmap, ensuring alignment with internal goals and broader Betterment initiatives
  • Build user experiences that clearly communicate the value of Betterment’s B2B offerings and facilitate the efficient purchasing of Betterment’s B2B offerings
  • Develop detailed engineering specs in collaboration with design and analytics partners, covering business logic, data collection, user acceptance criteria, and experiment definitions
  • Have a direct impact on key business outcomes every day
