Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering, physics or equivalent technical degree
- 6+ years’ experience designing, manufacturing, using or selling industrial X-ray tubes preferably within the NDI, XRF or Security market verticals
- 3+ years X-ray tube design and/or manufacturing experience with a solid understanding of X-ray tubes design and X-ray physics
Responsibilities
- Develops and communicate strategy, plans, and market forecasts effectively to peers and senior management
- Participates in the development of Industrial X-ray tube department’s strategic and annual operational plans
- Interfaces well with internal and external customers, management and peers
- Travels to trade shows, customers and end-use sites to glean new product opportunities and determine market direction and dynamics
- Is self-directed normally receiving little or no instruction on day to day work
- Proficient in utilizing business software such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired
