Requirements
- 1–2+ years in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS during high-growth phases, with a strong track record of shipping.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, large-scale databases (e.g., NoSQL, column stores), real-time processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark), and data infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms like Adobe RTCDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Segment, with a strong grasp of identity, segmentation, and activation flows.
- Deep curiosity for user problems and market trends; experience running growth experiments and optimizing for outcomes.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, and GTM.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing both technical and executive collaborators.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the vision and roadmap for Adobe’s real-time segmentation service.
- Partner with engineering to build a hyper-performant, reliable system that scales to meet the needs of the world’s largest brands.
- Improve usability and explain-ability by simplifying customer workflows and enabling transparency in audience creation logic.
- Deliver powerful APIs and intuitive UI experiences that balance flexibility with ease of use.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across Adobe to improve adoption, alignment, and platform-wide impact.
- Apply your experience in running product experiments to enhance user engagement and adoption, rapidly iterating based on findings to optimize product experiences towards measurable growth goals.
