Requirements
- Proven ability to work effectively with and lead cross-functional teams, including Design, Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Science, Marketing, and Operations.
- Track record of delivering meaningful impact through the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and launch to ongoing iteration.
- Comfortable navigating both sales-driven and product-driven growth models.
- Experience building and scaling data products and APIs.
- Deep understanding of compliance and fraud-related challenges and solutions.
- Background in financial services or fintech, with a strong grasp of industry dynamics.
- Experience working in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment, driving growth and scaling products.
- Strong product sense with a customer-first mindset. You understand customer journeys deeply and use both qualitative insights and metrics to drive product improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively evangelize your product area and advocate for customer needs.
- Thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of complex problems, and drive solutions with urgency and focus.
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for new features, performance optimizations, and data capabilities.
- Understand customers’ needs, product capabilities, and business goals to help the team identify and prioritize high-value projects.
