Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on enterprise software, security, cloud, or data-driven products.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs and decisions.
  • Deep understanding of data security, privacy, and confidential computing, with experience in products related to these fields.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes in data analytics, machine learning, and AI.
  • Experience with technologies and tools in encrypted datasets processing and privacy tools for AI.
  • Proven track record in managing and launching successful products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Opaque’s Confidential AI platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to develop and deliver innovative, high-impact product solutions.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to launch, growth, and optimization, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new features and enhancements.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and requirements, translating these into actionable product initiatives.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on data, customer feedback, and business objectives, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Own product roadmaps and communicate product strategy and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to ensure Opaque’s product offerings remain competitive and ahead of industry developments.
  • Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build excitement around Opaque’s offerings and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to create detailed product specifications.
  • Lead a design partnership program and Opaque’s Product Advisory Council.
  • Develop a framework for measuring product success, aiming for leading CSAT/NPS scores.
