Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Deep knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Prior Product Manager experience within a financial institution is STRONGLY PREFERRED
- University/college degree
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- At least 3 years of prior management experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and execution of product, ensuring it meets user needs and aligns with business goals
- Developing a detailed roadmap, prioritizing features, and managing timelines for product development
- Serves as the primary liaison between technology, business, risk, compliance, and third-party vendors
- Drives the business and financial results for a product or experience
- Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver a product to customers through all applicable channels
- Influences product and customer experience trends by monitoring competitors or peer organizations
- Evaluates potential product development or experience projects for feasibility and value
- Manages, motivates and develops the performance of the Product Development Management team
