Requirements
- Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 96 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Requires 24 months of experience in product management or software development, including methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and track initiatives.
- Requires 24 months of experience in distributed computing ecosystem in Data Infrastructure or AI Infrastructure.
- Requires 24 months of experience in designing and shipping complex products for developers, and ML professionals.
- Requires 24 months of experience in managing and optimizing Data/AI infrastructure, including hardware resources, cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP), and data storage utilizing containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker or Kubernetes.
- Requires 24 months of experience in large scale data, AI and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and technologies.
- Requires 24 months of experience in AI infrastructure components, including GPU clusters, data storage solutions, model training pipelines, and deployment platforms.
- Requires 24 months of experience in gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
- Requires 24 months of experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces and creating examples through wireframes and mockups.
- Requires 24 months of experience in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build world class infrastructure, platforms, software and services that enable fundamental AI workloads across Meta.
- From Generative AI workloads that enable the next generation of content understanding and creation, to recommendation and ranking models that drive Meta’s engagement and monetization, define state of the art solutions leveraging best-in-class internal infrastructure.
- Anticipate customers’ unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development and new products/services via quantitative and qualitative analyses and scopes the impact and prioritization of a problem.
- Partner closely with ML engineers, researchers, software engineers and thought leaders in the AI space to capture feedback and insights through the product development lifecycle and defining the user experiences that span the end to end machine learning lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment between the roadmap for the multiple features (eg product, service) across divisional boundaries.
