Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant scientific field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science/Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics)
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field, with strong preference for experience with technology or AI-driven products
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, and build alignment across diverse teams including engineering, design, business, and customer-facing teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with user needs, company objectives, and market dynamics.
- Always be up to date on markets, competition, and user needs to inform product development.
- Lead the product development process, including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and leading execution of plans.
- Oversee product launches, monitor performance, and iterate on features and product experience based on usage and market metrics.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of Abridge’s products on the enterprise.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, including with Abridge executives, internal teams, customers, and other external stakeholders.
