Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong understanding of software projects’ development, roll-out, and support risks
- Strong technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to dive deep into the subject matter and become a product expert in your area of ownership
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering, data science, design, research oncology, and operations teams to build clinical trials products
- Create the product vision and own the development of the product roadmap
- Establish KPIs that map to business objectives
- Lead the initiative team to deliver on-time, high quality products
- Lead problem solving discussions with internal stakeholders to ensure sound, data-driven decisions
- Recognize ambiguous or undefined problems as opportunities and be intellectually curious
- Be the voice of customers and empathize with sites treating patients
- Manage and drive software projects with high technical risk, regulatory considerations, and high cross-functional coordination complexity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Systems or EHRs
- Experience in clinical research space
- Comfortable reading technical documents like API documents
