Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager for a SAAS B2B product
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a team manager

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for a multi-product B2B SaaS portfolio focused on Service Supply Chain, targeting high-tech, med-tech, and light industrial markets.
  • Lead & Coach the Product Team: Manage and mentor a global Product Management team, serving as a player-coach, improving PM best practices and instilling an Agile, data-driven mindset within a team of varying product management experience.
  • Own Product Outcomes & Growth: Champion revenue and customer growth and other critical product metrics (Return Rate, Return Velocity, Automation Rate) by setting measurable goals and holding the team accountable for results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Delivery to ensure alignment between product vision, market needs, and technical feasibility. Balance stakeholder requests with product priorities, pushing back when necessary to protect the roadmap.
