Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and advanced PowerPoint (essential)
- Experience working/partnering with senior leadership (essential)
- Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines, and successfully managing competing projects, partners and priorities (essential)

Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Wealth Management in implementing business strategies, tracking key initiatives, and preparing materials for senior leadership, as well as internal and external-facing and governance forums
- Coordinate existing day-to-day business management activities and identify areas for improvement
- Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes, including in partnership with marketing and communications
- Analyze business performance metrics and generate insights to support decision-making and strategy development
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Wealth Management and internal teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure alignment and execution of business priorities
- Draft internal communications, briefing documents, and executive summaries for leadership and team-wide distribution
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency across the Wealth business
