Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading PLG initiatives for B2B SaaS products, with a strong focus on developer-centric solutions. Experience with API-first products is a significant advantage.
- A creative and out-of-the-box thinker who can identify unconventional growth opportunities.
- A track record of achieving growth targets through both self-service and sales-assisted channels.
- The ability to take big ideas and turn them into actionable proposals, executing them effectively across different teams.
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking. The ability to transform raw data into valuable insights that drive growth strategies.
- A meticulous approach to numbers and the ability to deliver actionable insights on the ‘why,’ ‘what,’ and ‘how’ of our growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Together’s PLG strategy, encompassing awareness, user acquisition, activation, MAU, retention, and revenue growth for our API products.
- Leverage data and intuition to pinpoint the most effective areas for growth, whether it’s top-of-funnel acquisition, onboarding, monetization, or retention.
- Implement a variety of growth tactics that will give outsized impact, including pricing strategies, developer marketing programs, content creation, startup program, paid channels, influencer engagement, product experience, and more, to drive top-of-funnel growth.
- Own the monetization strategy for our bottom-up channel, including both self-service and PQL-driven sales.
- Identify the right signals from user profiles, product usage, and other data to effectively define, track, and implement PQLs and MQLs.
- Optimize every touchpoint of the developer journey, from initial demand generation and acquisition to sign-up, onboarding, and beyond. Convert product-qualified leads (PQLs) into revenue-generating customers.
- Own website optimizations and content development to increase organic traffic, improve user journeys, and boost conversion rates for sign-ups and MQLs.
- Partner with marketing design, web development, and product marketing to ensure the website aligns with our overall PLG strategy.
- Implement a modern technology stack to effectively track the end-to-end user journey and measure the impact of our bottom-up growth initiatives.
- Regularly report on performance and outcomes from experiments and initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
