Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience: Engineering, Business or equivalent technical field. Required
- 5+ Years Related experience in product development and/or line experience working with products. Required
- Solid understanding the impact of regulatory changes to the products
- Demonstrated understanding of product development life cycle
- Strong analytical skills/financial acumen
- Demonstrates the ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth for a specific product
- Self-starter: forward thinking, with a positive/can-do attitude
- Demonstrates the ability to translate customer needs into marketable product features
- Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management
- Demonstrates the ability to translate client needs into marketable product features
- Secure SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies experience
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
Responsibilities
- Aides in the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies—such as AI, automation, and blockchain—to address customer needs and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Conceptualizes and prototypes new product ideas, leveraging data-driven insights, customer feedback, and industry research.
- Collaborates with internal teams—including other product groups, compliance, marketing, operations and sales—to ensure product viability and alignment with business objectives.
- Develops compelling business cases and secures stakeholder buy-in for innovative initiatives.
- Assists in developing and keeping current all product documentation.
- Monitors current and future regulatory trends and requirements.
- Serves as a customer advocate, demonstrating deep customer empathy to design innovative solutions that reduce cognitive load and empower users to achieve rapid success.
- Researches and keeps current competitive analysis information.
