Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in leadership roles focused on Identity and Access Management, with a strong emphasis on designing, implementing, and managing identity platforms in large enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise in Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and Authorization, and Directory Services products.
  • Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, standards, and best practices, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of identity and access management (IAM) strategies with a strong focus on SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), leveraging a robust technical and architectural background to drive product innovation and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives while managing the product lifecycle from concept to implementation as a key individual contributor.
  • Lead and mentor a globally located team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), engineers, and architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Manage vendor relationships for key product/service providers and provide technical leadership for IAM initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • IAM Industry certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in an agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills with experience confidently presenting IAM Architectural proposals to senior executives.
