Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a product designer designing with Figma across desktop applications (mobile is a nice to have)
- 2 years of digital product design within an agency or in-house setting
- Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers
- Strong communication skills to present and advocate for designs
- Experience in creating interactive wireframes, user flows, and mockups
- Solid understanding of design systems, UI components, web design best practices, and web development processes
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web applications, including interaction design, UI/UX, and responsive design
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, user-centered digital experiences for Ramsey Classroom
- Shape the brand-new economics curriculum, ensuring it’s intuitive and impactful
- Collaborate with educators and the team to create seamless, high-quality experiences
- Support Ramsey’s mission to prepare youth for a financially secure future
Preferred Qualifications
- Mobile design experience is a nice to have
