Requirements
- 3-4 years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating deep design craft and end-to-end product thinking on a complex product.
- Experience designing SaaS products (B2B) with strong UX and UI skills.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering impactful work.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key parts of the Mindbody business software.
- Design elegant, high-quality interfaces and flows across web and mobile platforms.
- Champion simplicity, consistency, usability, and quality through design systems and best practices.
- Work collaboratively on discovery efforts including user research, customer interviews, and data synthesis to uncover insights and opportunities.
