Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer with a proven track record of shipping products and features.
- An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of key digital product design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, interaction design, and visual design.
- Strong problem solving skills.

- Motivation to help drive Design Ops, team collaboration, and the adoption of best practices.
Responsibilities

- Champion for customers by identifying opportunities for product and feature enhancements.
- Maintain and update the team’s shared Figma libraries utilizing modern best practices.
- Solicit feedback from peers, including other product designers and teammates, to drive design forward.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
