Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products (start up or B2B SaaS experience a plus)
- Comfortable working independently and proactively managing projects with limited oversight. Can take a feature from discovery through to handoff with minimal guidance
- Skilled at conducting user research to uncover pain points and validate design decisions. Experience running interviews, usability tests, or synthesizing feedback into actionable insights.
- Proficient in Figma (our design tool of choice) and comfortable designing across the spectrum, from early wireframes to polished prototypes
- Commitment to the team’s success and collaborative working style
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills, the ability to articulate design rationale and simplify complex concepts into elegant solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible, and elegant product experiences for our web platform
- Translate complex ESG data and retrofit recommendations into clean, usable interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to build features quickly
- Conduct user research to understand user pain points and validate designs
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- Help grow a strong design culture across the company
