Requirements
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
- Familiarity with modern frontend software engineering (Vue, React, etc.)
- Experience with data-intensive or ML products (ideally, SaaS)
- Track record of success in a fast-paced startup environment is a strong plus
- Problem solver: you recognize patterns, synthesize information and come up with creative, simple, and practical solutions
- Empathetic: you focus on user needs and work to help them achieve their goals as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Structured and organized: you can structure a plan, align stakeholders, and see it through to execution
- Tinkerer: you regularly explore and learn new technologies and methods

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product managers on the visual and interaction design of Braze products, including wireframing and creating high-fidelity prototypes.
- Understand product workflows and functionality to improve navigation flows, component behavior, and coherence of style.
- Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Refine the product UI and UX (e.g., flows and layouts) based on users feedback, observed usage patterns, and product goals.
- Participate in determining Braze’s product strategy and roadmap.
