Product Designer

3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably with consumer apps and high-growth environments
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems across platforms
Solid understanding of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) fundamentals and user-centered design principles
A systems thinker who can design scalable solutions that work across multiple platforms and devices
A data-driven approach, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationales to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Keen eye for typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Collaborate closely with product / engineering / research to design elegant experiences
Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across our products, including best practices for voice interface design
Conduct user research and usability tests to validate design decisions and gather insights
Create high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning
Present design concepts to executive leadership, articulating the rationale behind your choices
Participate in strategic product discussions, bringing a user-centered perspective to decision-making

Experience with or strong interest in voice interfaces and conversational UI
