Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and shipping production-level products
- Take ownership of projects from concept to implementation and are eager to iterate based on feedback
- Are passionate about creating user-friendly and visually engaging designs
- Have experience with Figma (or similar design tools) and a strong portfolio of work
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape the user experience, design system, and overall look and feel of the platform
- Set the foundation for design at the company, influencing the product and design culture as the company scales
- Tackle unique challenges associated with scaling and deploying AI applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience designing AI products or tools
- Have worked on complex workflows, enterprise SaaS, or highly technical products
