Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, with expertise in collaboration tools, AI interfaces, or financial products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX skills and innovative solutions to complex problems
- Experience designing conversational interfaces or AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to prototype in high and low fidelity and communicate design decisions effectively
- Excellent visual design skills with strong typography, layout, and information hierarchy
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to move quickly and deliver tangible results
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Ability to balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraints
Responsibilities
- Design innovative real-time and asynchronous collaboration experiences that help financial professionals work together seamlessly
- Create intuitive conversational interfaces that make complex financial and legal workflows accessible
- Craft interfaces that enable seamless human-AI collaboration to refine documents and financial analyses
- Prototype, test, and iterate on designs quickly to improve our design partners’ and clients’ day-to-day
- Translate complex asset management workflows into simple, elegant user experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship features rapidly
- Conduct user research with our design partners to validate concepts and refine approaches
- Develop a cohesive design system that scales across our product suite
