3+ years of focused experience working on design systems, with deep understanding of foundational digital patterns and system architecture
Deep expertise in Figma, including advanced features like variables, component libraries, auto layout, and prototyping
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining design tokens, component libraries, and comprehensive documentation
Ability to think systematically and build scalable design infrastructure that translates effectively to code implementation
Strong collaboration skills with engineers, product teams, and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders during enterprise or consumer product releases
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to apply them practically within design systems
Familiarity with frontend implementation principles, design-to-code workflows, and how systems scale across multiple platforms
Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and work effectively within technical and business constraints
A growth mindset with openness to feedback and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
Deep curiosity around current products, technologies, and understanding of how user research and data science inform design decisions

Build and maintain a scalable system of design tokens and components in Figma
Define reusable interaction patterns and design standards
Partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of tokens and components
Create clear, accessible documentation to support system adoption
Prototype component behaviors across breakpoints and interaction states
Contribute to visual consistency across the product by evolving our design language
Champion accessible and inclusive design principles
