Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design (web, mobile, or SaaS platforms)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating polished UI, interaction design, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Figma, with strong prototyping skills for usability testing & validation
- Some experience with user research, testing, and synthesis

Responsibilities
- Assist in crafting and refining effective, high-quality designs that align with business goals and user needs
- Work closely with peers, senior designers, and cross-functional teams to execute and iterate on design solutions
- Create and mature design system components, ensuring consistency across the platform
- Build high-fidelity Figma prototypes to validate design decisions through usability testing and feedback loops
- Choose and apply logical UX/UI patterns to enhance ease of use
- Develop subject-matter expertise in our platform, user challenges, business goals, and competitor approaches
- Follow design best practices, support teammates, and help maintain a high standard of work
- Learn design thinking, problem-solving, and research principles, applying them to real-world product challenges
