Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working within a product management team focused on delivery, technology, and software development.
- Ability to focus on and understand the end-to-end customer experience and identify pain points while working across stakeholders to communicate to the agile team with epics and stories.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset to advance skills and approach the work with a constant learning curiosity to keep your team current on skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience required; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle.
- Partner with a squad leader on new and evolving products and services.
- Align the product strategy with the mission and understand the problem or the why.
- Drive your product to launch and support after launch.
