Requirements
- 3+ years of professional writing experience
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates diverse UX content design skills
- Strong product writing experience and experience collaborating in Figma
- Excellent interpersonal skills and significant experience working cross functionally
- Ability to understand business objectives and proactively contribute strategic ideas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience writing for financial brands (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content primarily for customer acquisition experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging and intuitive user experiences
- Participate in the product discovery process to identify content needs and define content strategy
- Engage in user research and usability testing to understand user responses to content
- Understand business priorities together with user needs to create impactful experiences
- Work closely with product designers in Figma
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice for the LendingTree brand and adhere to copy guidelines
- Participate in review sessions, offering constructive feedback to peers and presenting projects to design and content teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong customer research and interview experience
- Ability to map out user flows
- Experience working with Compliance and Development teams
- Knowledge of accessibility rules and principles (a plus)
