Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field at the time of the work term with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and application development is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with user stories & product requirement creation: support product team in the development user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, design, technology teams, lines of business and various members of the product team.
  • Support the Product Team: Assist the Directors of Product and the product team in creating user stories, product requirements, and presentation materials that effectively communicate project updates and insights.
  • Project Implementation: Collaborate with business system analysts, design, technology teams, and various stakeholders to understand user needs and develop a product backlog that addresses user problems and meets business objectives.
  • Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer: Own and manage onboarding processes and knowledge transfer sessions for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Collaboration Spaces Management: Facilitate and maintain collaboration spaces (e.g., Teams, JIRA) to enhance team communication and project tracking.
  • Ad-hoc Analytics: Provide support in conducting ad-hoc analytics to assist the product team in understanding user needs and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in ensuring that the right initiatives are delivered at the right time, keeping stakeholders engaged throughout the delivery life-cycle.
  • Process Documentation: Identify and document key processes and procedures, serving as a subject matter expert for assigned products and initiatives.
