Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field such as Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Biology and bioinformatics experience preferred.
  • Imaging experience strongly preferred.
  • Expert in Halo, Signals Image Artist, matlab, and similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of R, python, and SQL strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Analyst, ideally in projects related to high content imaging, flow cytometry, or digital pathology.
  • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project management tools for requirements tracking and issue management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and goals. Discover the value of the work that is being proposed in order to prioritize effectively.
  • Conduct research to discover potential products, tools, and technologies that align with project objectives.
  • Engage with business users, scientists, and technical teams to understand core requirements for HCI infrastructure and applications.
  • Document and analyze user needs, functional specifications, and system requirements.
  • Translate requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and constraints.
  • Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to coordinate transfer of high content imaging datasets.
  • Ensure data transfer complies with security, privacy, and data quality standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies in high content imaging projects.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies, defining contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
  • Monitor and track risk mitigation efforts, communicate updates to stakeholders, and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams such as data science, software development, and infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of high content imaging initiatives.
  • Coordinate dependencies, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration to achieve project goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a good laboratory practice environment preferred.
