Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in product analysis, technical project coordination, or digital operations
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills – able to convert complex inputs into clear and structured documentation
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Interest in cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps principles (hands-on experience not required, but growth in these areas is expected)
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, Figma, or similar
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the overall user experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering leads to analyze user problems and break them down into clear, actionable feature components
- Create and maintain high-quality product documentation, including feature definitions, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and user stories
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ongoing status reporting to promote alignment across teams
- Ensure that governance, tagging, and compliance considerations are identified early in the product development cycle
- Assist in preparing technical handoff materials and readiness documentation for new platform features
- Coordinate feedback loops with stakeholders and translate findings into product improvement recommendations
- Collaborate across engineering, governance, and enablement teams to ensure cohesive and consistent platform experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies, Terraform, or AWS concepts
