Producer

Minimum 3 years of experience in the post production field. Agency experience is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of VFX, motion graphics and editorial workflows required
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
A working knowledge of basic post-production accounting procedures, specifically AICE forms and actualizing procedures
A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations

Ability to manage complex post-production budgets and communicate status of budget to studio leadership and client partners
Oversees communication and proper delivery of necessary elements between all creative partners (directors, composer, VFX, sound designer, etc) for offline, color grading, final mixing, online, visual FX
Serve as a key point of contact for our clients.
Financial supervision of projects including job setup, generating POs, final reconciliation of projects, etc.
Attend and document project briefings/kick offs
Ensures our clients’ needs are met and our post production talent has everything they need to perform their jobs.
