Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing procurement programs and/or leading transformation initiatives.
  • Proficient in utilizing ERP tools (ex Oracle) specifically within the procurement domain.
  • Passionate about procurement and innovation, with a background in AI and change management focused on enhancing the customer experience.

  • Well-versed in procurement tools and processes, with expertise in implementing enterprise-wide systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic planning and roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities while effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee experience with procurement tools and processes, while simultaneously boosting the efficiency and effectiveness of the Procurement team.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify workflows suitable for AI automation, lead the identification and execution of such projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize data analysis and feedback from key stakeholders to uncover process and technology challenges. Use these insights to prioritize and oversee system enhancements and process improvements with the highest impact.
  • Lead the execution of high-impact initiatives by developing strategies, forming project teams, and identifying solutions that improve employee and supplier experiences. Focus on system enhancements, automation, and continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to prioritize key initiatives and align on solutions that enhance procurement systems and processes. Implement tools and system enhancements to improve the overall experience for employees, suppliers, and the Procurement team.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, such as communications, training materials, and office hours, to ensure employees are well-informed and capable of using tools and processes effectively.
