Procurement Specialist

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Create Dashboard interface to support multiple facets within Procurement Team (Cost analysis within RFQ’s, cost history, total spend analysis, RMI fluctuations and other misc. databases.
Order Processing, including purchase requisition initiation, tracking in SAP, and tracking against project budgets where required.
Supplier Performance Tracking for the procurement team.
Generating regular reports for management.
Assistance to the Procurement team with Request for Quotation (RFQ) distribution and response.
Supplier system set up and change management.
Invoice discrepancy tracking, working with the relevant sourcing manager to implement resolutions.
Supplier contract administration within Bridgestone systems.
Communication and tracking of supplier compliance requirements.
Support the procurement team to ensure vendor pricing data in SAP is accurate and optimized.
Monitoring raw material market pricing and providing updates to the procurement team.
Supporting other internal functions with any sourcing/procurement requirements as and when required.
Other duties as assigned.
