Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in title processing, repossession, asset recovery, or a related field
- Familiarity with lien releases, title laws, and multi-state regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Coordinating title recovery, reassignment, and lien releases for repossessed equipment
- Communicating with state agencies, financial institutions, and third-party vendors to secure and process titles
- Ensuring all title documentation complies with federal, state, and company requirements
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems and platforms
- Collaborating with internal departments, repossession agents, and legal contacts to resolve title issues
- Identifying and addressing title discrepancies to avoid processing delays
- Supporting the collections and asset recovery teams to ensure smooth equipment ownership transfers
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in title-related roles or asset recovery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with asset management or title processing software
- Understanding of multi-state title documentation or regulatory nuances
