Processing Operations Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
0-3+ years of experience as an Investing Banking Analyst, Associate, Summer Analyst, Summer Associate or Intern.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Proficiency in data entry and analysis, with experience using tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Process and review complex contracts submitted by merchants ensuring completeness and accuracy
Extract key terms, pricing information, and other relevant data from contracts using predefined criteria and guidelines.
Enter extracted data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
Develop systems to scale contract processing.
Conduct thorough reviews of processed contracts to verify the accuracy and completeness of extracted data.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure consistency between contract terms and system records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies identified during the review process, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
Identify opportunities to streamline contract processing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and implement standardized procedures and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy in contract processing.
Leverage technology solutions and automation tools to optimize manual processes and reduce turnaround times.

Intermediate ability to effectively use, manipulate, and deploy Python scripts is preferred
