Requirements
- BS/BA degree in business or equivalent experience
- Basic freight rate knowledge
- High level of ability with spreadsheets and other analytical tools
- Strong desire to succeed
Responsibilities
- Review weekly freight bills for assigned clients
- Trouble-shoot and resolve issues with freight bills in an ‘audit’ status
- Communicate directly with carrier personnel on carrier issues
- Process weekly/monthly invoices to customers
- Communicate directly with customers for customer issues
- Make customer satisfaction the primary ‘driver’ for successful quality processes with internal and external teams
- Ensure issues are addressed immediately and appropriate parties are informed for on-time and proper resolution
- Provide client feedback to the organization
- Coordinate with other company departments where processes touch those groups
- Develop a working understanding of the internal technologies required for daily functions
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve current processes
- Other duties as assigned
