Process Supervisor

High School Diploma, GED or related experience
Bachelor degree is encouraged
Minimum of four (4) years of increasing level of experience in regulatory compliance
Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
Self directed on a daily basis; take responsibility to complete tasks and make decisions associated with delivery and receive of materials
Effective computer skills including MS office software, Lotus Notes, and other company-specific software applications
Demonstrated leadership abilities

Provide day to day oversite of the Shoreline Management group
Analyze and communicate status permits and FERC regulatory compliance requirements
Communicate with local, state, and federal agencies and internal customers
Support Project Management budget re-projections by providing accurate and current status of ongoing projects
Apply problem-solving skills and use creativity in solving moderately to highly complex problems
Respond to requests for information from both internal and external customers
Prioritize multiple projects within the Shoreline Management and FERC compliance group
Work to optimize outcomes for both AEP and customers relative to supporting compliant and efficient renewable generation
Support License and Compliance initiatives as assigned to include tracking of local, state, and Federal energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requirements
