Requirements
- Previous experience in a recruitment, sales, or acquisition role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth marketplace and/or process service industry
- Understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential Proof users
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other tools for managing leads and tracking acquisition progress
- Onsite role. Must come into the downtown Detroit office five days a week
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the top-of-the-funnel acquisition process, from initial contact through qualification.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for generating a supply of qualified, independent contractor leads interested in joining the Proof Platform.
- Identify, target, and engage potential Process Servers through various channels, including online platforms, social media, industry networks, industry events, content marketing, and direct outreach.
- Assess process server lead qualifications to ensure fit for the Proof platform.
- Facilitate webinars, info sessions, and other strategies to answer questions about using the Proof platform.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our acquisition efforts remain competitive and effective.
- Monitor and manage the acquisition budget, ensuring that recruitment efforts remain within allocated amounts while meeting acquisition goals.
- Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure a seamless application and activation experience.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with broader company goals and focused on high-need areas.
- Use business intelligence tools to monitor and analyze acquisition metrics. Track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Report regularly to management on acquisition efforts, challenges, and successes, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years’ proven track record of success as a team leader for a talent acquisition team
- 2+ years as in a talent acquisition role
- Builder mentality with experience creating playbooks, processes, and operating procedures cross-functionally
- Aptitude for building relationships
- Legal industry and/or start-up experience preferred
