Requirements
- 7+ years of direct experience utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Minimum Green Belt training.
- Required experience in the Broker Dealer / Wealth Management industry.
- Extensive experience in developing customer journey maps, value stream maps, and process flows.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills utilizing statistical analysis tools (eg: Advance Excel, Minitab, etc.).
- Proven experience leading other continuous improvement practitioners.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to develop compelling presentations.
- Ability to assess end-to-end process performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong, collaborative working relationships across the organization.
- Project and Program Management experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong customer focus, result-driven management style.
- Superior organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the continuous improvement framework at Osaic. Responsible for elevating the firm’s continuous improvement mindset.
- Engage with business leaders to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure prioritized work aligns with enterprise strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain continuous improvement standard artifacts to ensure consistency in work output from continuous improvement resources.
- Assess, evaluate, and make process improvement recommendations.
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops to identify and drive resolutions with critical business impacts.
- Develop customer journey maps, value stream maps, and process flows.
- Leverage extensive analytical and data analysis experience to drive process insights and recommendations.
- Lead other continuous improvement practitioners and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Document and monitor business processes, rules, requirements, metrics, and standard operating procedures as a result of transformation initiatives.
- Develop compelling presentations that effectively communicate to executives, senior leaders, and functional leaders.
- Assess end-to-end process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong, collaborative working relationships across the organization.
- Potential direct people leadership responsibility to manage and mentor team members involved in continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in business administration (MBA) is a plus.
