PRN/Casual – Registered Nurse – RN – Or Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse (for LPN).
• Identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs (for RN).
• Conduct assessments, medication administration, and monitoring (for RN).
• Document nursing activities while ensuring the provision of person-centered care (for RN).

• Passion for working with older adults.
• Interest in providing holistic care.
