Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of financial industry experience
- Possess strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong computer and excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Ability to identify & summarize issues & recommendations
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline dynamic environment
- Highly driven and proactive with the ability to take initiative
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
- Project management across various teams including legal, operations, sales and marketing to effectively onboard new distribution partners
- Assist in the operational aspects of onboarding Blackstone Funds to various service provider & distribution platforms globally
- Identify, develop and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance on various platforms
- Develop strong understanding distribution partners’ operational platforms
- Implement efficient and consistent processes across various funds in different regions
- Assist in ad hoc projects, research, and proposals to strategize and support PWS expansion including new geographic markets and new business channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7 License (preferred)
- Understanding of HNW and Financial Advisor operating model is preferred
- Knowledge of alternative investment fund and operational terms is helpful
