Requirements

  • Academic background in finance, economics, business or a related field
  • In-depth understanding of private market asset classes including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and secondaries
  • Over 10 years’ experience in structuring and distributing Private Market products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of legal/regulatory frameworks governing private markets
  • A good problem solver and trouble-shooter, with the ability to identify and analyze issues with the creativity and energy to solve them

Responsibilities

  • Help identify current market trends supporting allocations to private market strategies
  • Map out potential investors for current or future private markets products across both Institutional and Intermediary segments
  • Work with Intermediary channel to support sales of appropriate wealth market vehicles as subject matter expert
  • Formalize 3-year Go-To-Market strategy
  • Be a key regional Subject Matter Expert on private market strategies and, as such, work in partnership with our colleagues and partners in Product, Investments, Marketing and Sales
  • Take a leading role in initiating client engagement with pre-identified prospects, with the objective to facilitate asset raising efforts in 2025
