Requirements
- 2+ years industry experience
- Active P&C license in SC or NC required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Sales acumen – strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Conducting sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of personal property & casualty insurance business – with an emphasis in the Private Client/High Net Worth space
- Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service
- Developing accounts and cross selling available products and services
- Generating and pursuing new client opportunities
- Develop and deliver formal proposals of insurance program
- Retaining clients by maintaining solid relationships
- Collaborate with account managers and the marketing team to complete proposals and selection of potential markets
- Negotiate with carriers and evaluate carrier quotes to secure the best quotes possible for clients
