Requirements
- 2 + years’ personal lines insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations
- Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed
Responsibilities
- Dive into client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages to recommend the best products and services tailored to their needs
- Present clients with accurate market data from reliable sources
- Provide proactive, day-to-day client service
- Gather important information about their risk management needs and financial loss tolerance
- Evaluate and propose a variety of solutions to effectively manage their risks
- Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients
- Conduct engaging annual Client Advisory reviews
- Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to offer comprehensive coverage options
- Ensure compliance with industry laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional designations a plus, e.g., CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc.
- Previous experience relationships with luxury carriers, such as AIG, Chubb, PURE
