Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance. College graduates who have had internships in the finance industry will also be considered.
  • The candidate should have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (particularly Excel, Word and Power Point).

Responsibilities

  • Quality review and open domestic and foreign client accounts on various systems including custody and accounting systems.
  • Provide day-to-day reconciliation of custody and accounting systems for all private client accounts.
  • Collaborate with brokerage firms, banks and transfer agents to transfer client assets into and out of the firm as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Initiate performance measurement process for all new accounts to accurately track and report account performance to clients.
  • Review account activity and update client cost basis which is integral to timely and efficient trade execution and portfolio management.
  • Assist in the quality control of account attributes and data for various tax reports provided to clients and to the IRS.
  • Provide oversight for asset transfers between retirement accounts to effect accurate government reporting.
  • Field questions from Sales and various other departments supporting firm’s mission to provide excellence in client service.
  • Participate in client related research projects, product launches and other firm wide initiatives.
  • Support offshore team at AXA Business Services.
  • Assist in review of communications with end client to validate outgoing cash movement to 3rd party recipients.
