Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 9+ years in technical program/project management or similar fields
- Proven track record in managing and delivering large software development projects
- Experience collaborating across various functions with multiple dependencies and constraints
- Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners, including executive staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-quarter or multi-year plans for complex programs, ensuring they’re aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with various disciplines to meet project objectives and ensure timely delivery
- Establish mechanisms to keep all cross-engineering initiatives visible and aligned
- Contribute to designing and implementing a sustainable operating model to empower TPMs within the organization
- Oversee major technical and product-focused programs, ensuring their successful execution
- Provide mentorship to peers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
