Principal Systems Engineering Support

Must be a US citizen
Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility
MA/MS in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
18+ years of experience in a related field
Expertise in SEAM and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
Knowledge of Agile acquisition and DoD acquisition lifecycle
Familiarity with IT acquisition or cyber operations
Experience with SAP/SAR programs
Strong presentation and communication abilities to senior leadership
Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams across complex efforts
Skilled in requirements elicitation, traceability, and stakeholder engagement

Provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle
Develop, implement, and execute innovative systems engineering practices and processes
Produce and maintain high-quality technical products across large, complex projects
Analyze, trace, and manage functional and non-functional requirements, architecture components, and test cases
Translate business strategies into long-term technical roadmaps and conduct feasibility reviews
Provide clear recommendations, questions, and issue resolutions to senior leadership and stakeholders
Drive systems engineering process improvements to enhance mission support
Conduct data analysis and provide solutions through senior-level presentations
Apply systems engineering methods and tools, including SEAM and CMMI frameworks
