Requirements
- Deep experience in software development, with at least 6+ years working with scrum teams focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives
- Professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
- Deep knowledge of scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desirable
- Excellent systems analysis skills
- Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as Postman
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technology subject area
- Ability to mentor and coach the teams and individuals across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies
- Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes
- Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
- Effective communication and people-interaction skills
- Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)
- Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined User-Stories/requirements
- Flexibility to adjust your work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and India-based teams and associates
- Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems
Responsibilities
- Support one or more cross-functional squads, engaging with all team members and the Squad Leader to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work
- Evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture
- Assist the Product Owner with requirement gathering and story writing
- Participate in a wider Scrum of Scrums to help influence standard methodologies at a tribe level
- Act as a change agent, role model, and teacher to accelerate value delivery
- Remove impediments to fully realizing the benefits of working in an Agile format and structure
