Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience with Master’s degree, 1 year with a PhD
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 8 Years of related experience; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
- Experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations
Responsibilities
- Perform technical planning, system requirement development, requirements verification, and support reviews
- Requirements development in DOORS and MBSE development in Cameo
- Coordination with design, test, and other teams
- Demonstrate technical skills, organization, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate
- Operate in a team environment and collaborate across the program as required to accomplish tasking
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Experience with SysML, UML, or other modeling languages
- Experience using tools to model large systems with multiple developers
- Experience in Software and/or Hardware design
- Experience in documenting Interface Control Documents, Interface Requirement Specifications, and Interface Description Documents
