Requirements
- Principal: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Years with PhD.
- Sr. Principal: 8 Years with Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with Masters; 3 Years with PhD
- Requirements and Interface definition experience
- System analysis experience (Matlab/Python)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in SAFe Agile environment
- Model Based System Engineering experience (Cameo)
- Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
- Perform analysis at all levels of total system product life cycle to include: concept, design, test, operation, maintenance and disposal.
- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical experience with IAMD: C2 with understanding of weapons, sensors, distributed computing and these systems’ impact on a command-and-control system’s architecture, requirements, and interfaces for communications between these systems
- JIRA and Confluence experience
- Cross-team collaboration experience
- Program and production risk experience
- Familiarity with weapon systems and sensors such as: PATRIOT, Sentinel, G/ATOR, etc
