Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 6 – 8 years of related experience
- Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Servers
- Experience with Oracle Database Management System (DBMS)
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Unix Operating System
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence
- Knowledge of healthcare data structures and integration patterns
Responsibilities
- Designs and builds relational databases for data storage or processing
- Develops strategies for warehouse implementation, data acquisition and access, and data archiving and recovery
- Builds data models and defines the structure, attributes and nomenclature of data elements
- Evaluates new data sources for adherence to the organization’s quality standards and ease of integration
- Directs and enforces enterprise information standards, guidelines, and principles
- Develops and enforces the data architecture standards
- Develops and maintains documentation that maps data models to information systems and business applications
- Cultivates a group of architects to validate and fix information management issues related to data quality framework
- Manages data dictionary to improve documentation and coordination
- Leads the building of enterprise architecture information blueprints and data models
- Leads data architecture, data sourcing, data flow, and solution discussions for data initiatives
- Directs the enterprise information architecture discussions around needs and alignment to enterprise goals
- Collaborates on data-related business requirements and perform data architecture reviews
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with PowerDesigner
- Experience with AWS Technologies
- Experience with Data Catalog, Metadata, Lineage tools and usage: Alation, Manta
- Knowledge of Streaming data ingest tools and platforms: Informatica, Talend, Kafka, AWS Glue, Matillion, SSIS
- Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling and architecture principles
- Ability to design scalable, secure data architectures that align with business goals
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks across complex organizations
- Skill in articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Negotiation skills for resolving competing priorities across functions
- Analytical approach to complex data challenges
